Atul Pandey is a political strategist, public affairs professional, and grassroots mobilization expert with academic grounding in Economics and Social Work. Emerging from student politics and direct political activism, he has built a deep understanding of India’s electoral, governance, and social landscape through hands-on campaign work since 2018.

He has led assignments across political consulting, public opinion research, electoral management, constituency mapping, voter behavior analysis, communication strategy, and organization building. One of his standout roles came in the victorious 2024 “Pranam Purnia” Lok Sabha campaign with MP Pappu Yadav, where he helped lead a booth-level structure spanning more than 2,000 polling stations. At IDRS, he drives political strategy, campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and the firm’s larger vision for data-driven and result-oriented political solutions.

With a background in Computer Science Engineering, Yogesh Chaudhary combines data analytics, field intelligence, political communication, and campaign management to build actionable electoral strategy. Since 2018, he has worked across survey research, constituency profiling, demographic analysis, war-room operations, digital planning, and large-scale election projects.

His experience includes political strategy support connected to leaders such as Rahul Gandhi, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Mangal Pandey, Chandan Chauhan, Sanatan Pandey, Gaurav Gautam, Ajay Rai, and several Members of Parliament and senior public leaders. At IDRS, he leads political research, electoral intelligence, digital strategy, survey systems, and campaign analytics with a strong eye for converting field evidence into decisions that teams can actually execute.
